Making custom tee shirts is an awesome thing to create! This video will show you how to create your own screen-printed T-shirts!

The first step is to get a screen, a squeegee, and some photo emulsion. It is important to mix the emulsion with the photos until it becomes a smooth consistency. Pour a small amount onto the screen. You don’t need a whole amount, simply spread it out with the squeegee. It will dry in the darkness.

After the emulsifier’s dry then turn the lights on and get to work. You can tape the image you’ve made onto clear plastic pieces. The emulsifier could be photosensitive so work quickly.

In order to make it a heavier, set the glass over your print. Use a powerful white light to transfer. It can take anywhere from about 30-60 hours. It will allow your image to be displayed on the screen.

Next, lay your shirt out and place the decal screen on top. Put on a decent amount of the screen printing ink. Next, apply the ink on the shirt by squeegeeing it through the screen.
